Delivery

We will deliver your goods within a few days.

If you need delivery by a certain time please state this on your order and we will let you know if we are unable to accept your order on this basis.

If we have not delivered your order within one week please contact us: we will then either arrange another time for delivery or, if we have already debited your credit card, we will offer you a refund.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may cancel your order (without giving any
reason) by notifying us within 14 days from receipt of the goods. You must then return the goods at
your own expense. You must return the goods in the original packaging and condition. Reeds and
similar items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are returned unopened in their
original packaging.

If the goods are faulty (or not what was ordered), then contact us within 7 days and we will arrange
return at our own expense.
